Photography for two new projects have recently been added to our website. West 5 by Sifton is a community in London with the focus on sustainable living with plans for townhomes, condos, apartments and retirement residences.
The Helio is a 10-storey apartment building designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects with luxury in mind. Ontario Panelization is excited to have installed the 27,650 sq. ft. Aluminum Plate, 7,650 sq. ft. Longboard, and 9,200 sq. ft. Siding on this project. The colors are Graphite Grey, Kuala White and Bone White.
The Medical/Retail building next door to it was designed by Tillmann Ruth Robinson. It includes 14,200 sq.ft. of ACM in mouse grey and a custom woodgrain.
Ontario Panelization is currently working on the Riverstone Retiree Apartments scheduled to open in the Fall of 2021.
